Building a Team of Rockstar Cleaners

Joining is simple...

Joining the Atomic Cleaning team is as easy as 1, 2, 3! First, just fill out a quick application, then we’ll schedule an interview to get to know you better. If you're a fit, we’ll guide you through our smooth onboarding process.

Once you're set up and trained, you'll start receiving accounts and earning right away! But we don’t just hire anyone—we carefully screen every cleaner to ensure we’re building a team of A-players who are as passionate about quality and professionalism as we are. At Atomic Cleaning, only the best make the cut!

Step 1: Apply

Once you complete a short application, you will get to schedule a virtual interview. This allows us to get to know you and make sure we would be a great fit.

Step 2: Onboard

If you're selected as a partner, we'll get you setup in our system, including a short training on how to use our tools to get you up and running quickly.

Step 3: Get Paid

Once you're all set, we'll begin assigning clients to you so you can start getting paid. The better you do, the more jobs you'll receive. It's as simple as that.

Not a problem. Here are a few questions we typically get.

How does it all work, and how do I get assigned cleaning accounts from Atomic Cleaning?

The first step is to complete your application. If you are chosen as an exclusive provider we will get you onboarded into our system. Once you have completed our training, we will assign you cleaning accounts around your area. We hold all our cleaners accountable to the quality of their work. This means each client can rate a cleaner after every job they complete. Depending on your rating you will receive fewer or more jobs.

What if I don't have a car or driver's license?

That's okay. We just need to make sure you have reliable transportation.

Do I need to have cleaning experience?

Yes, because of our premium, "white-glove" service, we require all cleaners to have at least 2 years of cleaning experience, depending on the types of jobs you want to do. This can include working for other services/providers or cleaning your own home.

Is someone available to help in case I need it?

Yes, we have teams of LIVE Account Managers and Coordinators who will help whenever you need it. Whether you need help getting into a facility, or you had an emergency and need assistance getting coverage for an upcoming cleaning, we got you covered.

What happens if I have an emergency and can't get to a cleaning?

As an approved cleaner with Atomic Cleaning, it is your responsibility to notify us if you are going to miss a cleaning. We understand emergencies come up, however if you miss cleanings frequently, you will be removed from our system and will not receive future jobs.

What happens when I am assigned a cleaning account?

Once you are an approved cleaning partner we will assign you commercial and janitorial accounts. You will be in charge of cleaning the facility based on the contract. Once you have proven you can maintain high cleaning standards you'll receive more accounts based on how often you want to work.
