We provide a deep cleaning service to all our clients to ensure your home stays clean longer. Our white-glove services is why our clients continue working with us month after month.
Absolutely! If you’re not 100% satisified with your cleaning, we will come out and re-clean (within a 7-day window). If you still don’t think we did a good enough job to recommend us to your friends, we’ll refund your money. No questions asked.
Professional cleaning prices can vary a lot. Because we provide an all-inclusive, premium cleaning service, we are not the cheapest. We can both agree you get what you pay for, and we don't want to be know for providing average, or subpar service. Our prices are based mainly on square footage, bedrooms, and bathrooms. We're not going to charge you extra for a deeper clean. If you'd like an instant quote for your home, you can book your cleaning right from our website's booking form.
Yes, of course. After you book for the first time, an account will be created for you where you can login and modify your bookings and payments at anytime. This can all be done from your phone for seamless cleaning management.
Yes, we provide almost all cleaning supplies, products and equipment needed to do the services requested in your booking. The only two things we do not provide are a toilet brush and a vacuum. We ask our clients to provide those because we do not want to bring germs into your home or create cross-contamination.
Absolutely! Each member of our team completes an extensive training period and background check before stepping foot in a client’s home. We have a lot invested in our team members and it shows in every clean. Training is ongoing as new products and methods emerge in the market. A field manager may periodically visit your home while your team is cleaning. Field managers also perform quality checks to ensure you receive the best possible service. We also have the best-available liability insurance.
We make every effort to have the same person clean your home each visit. Occasionally, there may be a change in a team member due to illness, vacations and staff changes.
To allow us to be most efficient, it is helpful if you pick up toys, laundry, household items and clutter, as well as put your pets outside before the team arrives. This allows us to move through your home more quickly, which can lessen the cost. Please put away any important documents and valuables. No worries though, we’re ready to tackle messes, and will neatly pile and arrange any items left on floors or furniture.
It's your choice, but giving us ready access to your home on your day of service is important. Many of our customers prefer to give us a key. Others leave a key in a safe place or provide codes for the garage and/or alarm system. Should you choose to give us a key, it will be stored in a safe location.
